From the beginning, the key to renewal has been the casting off of old skin, to change whatever has ceased to function within us, to shed what we are carrying that is no longer alive.  Shedding opens us up to self transformation.  We shed from within while being eroded from without.  ...from "The Book of Awakenings" by Mark Nepo.

My studio looks like Spring, but its not feeling that way.....wondering when the flowers will bloom, as there is still ice and snow on the ground and its almost Easter!
